A Nonprofit Organization

Teen Leaders of AMERICA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating positive change by fostering the growth of young leaders. We offer a variety of life skill development programs designed to equip teenagers with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life and their future careers. From intensive leadership workshops to hands-on STEM education, our initiatives are tailored to enhance the capabilities and prospects of young individuals.

Our Approach

Our team is recognized for our commitment to youth empowerment. Our unique approach not only educates, but also inspires teenagers to take active roles in their communities and industries. By participating in our programs, teens gain confidence, knowledge, and skills that last a lifetime.

Our Staff

Our team includes college educated professionals, certified teachers and college students with a passion for youth development. The Executive Director launched TLA in 2006, with an audience of 17 teens. Her strong leadership was developed by working with companies such as Bank of America, Turner Broadcasting, Deutsche Bank and Disney.

Extensive Involvement

Our involvement extends beyond individual programs. We actively participate in community events and partner with organizations like Comcast, to broaden the impact of our initiatives and support the holistic development of our youth.
