About Marcia

Marcia Brown, co-founder of Teen Leaders of America (TLA) has worked with several youth organizations including INROADS, 100 Black Men, Miss Atlanta Teen Scholarship Pageant, Del-Teens mentoring program, Delta Academy, and other programs through the University of North Florida. As co-chair for Del-Teens (a teen mentoring program of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.), she has worked to plan and coordinate community, educational and cultural events, conduct leadership and development workshops, create budgets for programs, and mentor teen girls.

Marcia holds a Bachelors of Arts in Finance from the University of North Florida. She has also worked for major corporations such as Bank of America, KPMG, Fidelity National Financial, Washington Mutual and the Turner Broadcasting Company. She has developed extensive experience in finance and business management through her background working for Fortune 500 companies.
